HANSA GROUP AG postpones publication of its 2011 financial statements
The Management Board and Supervisory Board of Hansa Group AG have resolved at a meeting to postpone the publication of the consolidated financial statement 2011 and the annual financial statement 2011 to late May 2012.
The Annual General Meeting will be postponed accordingly to July 2012.
The exact dates will be announced shortly.
