Adjustment of Release according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] of the 24.08.2011
On August 24, 2011, United European Investment AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Hansa Group AG, Duisburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 24, 2011 and on that day amounted to 24.96% (this corresponds to 12000000 Voting Rights).
